Frequent colds

There are countless people who suffer from sepsis in today's society. Thus, one of the causes of sputum disease is the spoilage of sputum due to the types of germs that are ingested from the outside, and various anomalies including defects that occur inside the body are also considered to be the main issues. Phlegm fights against toxins that enter the body from the outside and toxins that originate inside the body. Cold virus fever is also a deadly poison. But within a few days, the phlegm is provoked and the phlegm has an immune ability to kill the poison.

Thus dead toxic cells and mucous membranes are mixed with other foreign external anomalies that are ingested from the polluted environment. Further, due to the contact with the spoiled toxic liquid phlegm, breathing difficulties caused by the swelling of the nasal glands, burning, and the pressure caused by sneezing, the liquid phlegm that drains the cochlea is damaged. Ear infections, discharge of pus from the ears, bad smell, discharge of mucus caused by A reaction that causes red, watery eyes, sore throat, itching, rapid pulse, fever, dizziness, and many other extreme and ambiguous dangers is a very dangerous disease.

When phlegm is affected, bathing is not recommended until the phlegm is digested and cleared properly. For the development of physical immunity against the virus, it is suitable to drink raw ginger and coriander boiled several times. If there is a lot of irritation, 20g of coriander should be fried and flaked, dried ginger 15g, slightly crushed and squeezed into eight cups of water should be drunk in the morning and evening. Also, dissolve 1-2 seeds of Navaratna Kalkaya Madatiya and drink it. Sputum settles.

Fever often occurs with reflexes. In such cases, treatment should be applied to suppress the symptoms of fever and phlegm. In case of Prathysya fever, first of all, dry ginger, coriander and dry tippili pods should be taken in appropriate proportions, fried in a frying pan and crushed a little, then put some water on the stove to the required amount, when it boils, mix the above medicine, close the lid and let it boil well, then keep the required amount to drink, close it again and keep the lid on the floor on the face. To get a good smoke, bend down to the smoke hall and cover your head and hall with a cloth to cover your face.

This should be done very carefully. Ayurveda is a valuable physiotherapy method to destroy toxic molecules. All the treatments mentioned here should not be done for small children without medical advice. After doing the ablution with safety, one should drink the prepared herbal tea several times as appropriate. It is supported by sugar.

Also, boiling and smoking the leaves of lime, orange, narang, yakinarang, pamburu etc. is also a valuable treatment for colds.
